Eli Fhima

Born into the restaurant business, Eli has seen and worked in every part of the industry from back of the house to the front.  After taking a stint in his early 20s to travel, Eli returned to full throttle working alongside his father, Chef David Fhima in their current venture Fhimas Minneapolis.  He has an intense passion for creating magic for each and every guest as they pass through and has only just begun creating unforgettable experiences for diners.
